Order processing
Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed by Shopify checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment.
Delivery times and charges
Available shipping methods, delivery estimates and any shipping charges for your address are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. The rates configured in our Shopify store are the rates that apply to your order.
Tracking
When a shipment is created, Shopify sends a shipping confirmation to the email address used at checkout. Tracking details are included when the carrier provides them.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us with your order number as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
